The Villa “Orange” consists of two fully equipped apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Each has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room and a large terrace with the amazing sea view.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Both apartments have a washing machine.

The yard has an outdoor pool size 3:20 x 7:00, depth – the third pool 1.10m, and the 2/3 of pool – 1.50m. Beside the pool is a terrace with the olive tree and the sea view.

The villa is located in the natural and peaceful environment, below the main road, with a beautiful sea view.

The road to the villa is the way to Perazica Do which is the purest beach in Budva region.

Town of Petrovac is only 2.5 km away; St Stefan is 7 km away and beach “Drobni pijesak” 3 km away.

Monastery Rezevici is located about 500 m from the house and the whole place of traditional stone houses makes this location unique.

The villa is fully equipped with LCD TV, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher in every apartment and can be issued for two families. Maximum 8 adults.
