Three storey high villa with private pool, private beach (dock) with sun beds and umbrellas, private parking, bar, professional kitchen, French restaurant, well equipped, for private usage. Large swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m) area around pool with sun beds and umbrellas. There is private bar next to the pool area with all sorts of beverages. Next to the bar is a room with a massage table. Villa has large living room area with access to the terrace. Terrace leads to the private beach.

All area around the villa is arranged stylishly with different plants and trees. Pool with 12 sun beds and two large umbrellas (3.5m x 3.5m) that provide enough shade. Bar has 5 tables with four chairs each, and good sound system. There are 10 more sun beds on the private beach (dock) with 5 tables and 5 umbrellas. The pool area is behind villa and it is very private and very peaceful. The terrace in front of the small private restaurant have 4 tables with 4 chairs each and there are 6 more tables inside restaurant with 12 chairs. This place can take up to 28 people which is good for organizing a celebration of any kind. This can be also done on the private dock and from personal experience I can tell you that it is marvelous.

Nearest Town is Kotor which is 5 minutes far away. Kotor is an old Venetian walled town, date from the tenth century and without doubt one of the most beautiful places in the World. There is no word that can describe this place and that is the reason why you have to see it. 

There is also, so much history here, along with the churches date from the 10th Century.
