Description of Villa in the village of Blizikuche

For rent a three-storey Villa of 350 m2, built in 1907, located in the village of Blizikuche, municipality of Budva, on a hill in the area of the famous island of hotel Sveti Stefan. The Villa was restored in 2013, and has preserved the historical style of building Mediterranean houses. The Villa is located on a plot of 10 acres and is surrounded by greenery of Mediterranean plants.

The structure of the Villa

On the ground floor there is a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom, on this floor there is also a balcony with a magnificent view at the pool, garden and the sea.

On the second floor there is a study with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard and the sea. In the study, in addition to furniture, there is a fireplace and a safe, and you can also use the Internet. The second floor can be reached either by an internal staircase or by a staircase outside, which leads to a terrace covered with live vines, giving shade and coolness in summer with views of the mountains and sea.

Between the floors there is a kitchen, from which a staircase leads to the third floor, where there is an apartment with a bedroom. On the third floor there are two more bedrooms with French (marriage) beds with bathrooms with Jacuzzi. The furniture in the bedrooms is handmade.

The Villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and plasma TV and Wi-Fi.

In front of the house there is a large swimming pool with beach equipment and a mini-bar.

The Villa is surrounded by a stone wall with fragments made of wrought iron. Entrance gate, where there are places for parking several cars.

An additional is tourist fee of 1 Euro per day per adult, children under 2 years old free of charge, children from 2-12 years old 0.50 Euro.

The minimum rental period for villa is 1 week.
